Denise Demers passed away on April 25, 2025, after a long illness. Denise was born in 1954 to Leo Louis Deloge Sr. and Beatrice Caroline Tarrant Shippee Deloge in Putnam, CT. They moved to Florida in 1956. She was a graduate of Mainland High School and Daytona Beach Community College. She was a registered nurse for over 30 years, working throughout Volusia and Lake County from home health care to specializing in Oncology.

Denise loved swimming, crafting, traveling, and spending time with family. And let's not forget her love of poodles, especially her beloved Bijou! She loved being a snowbird after retiring. She loved her home in Ormond Beach, FL and spending summers on Cape Cod.

She is survived by her loving husband of 15 years, Peter Demers, her sister Patricia Spano (Chuck), her brother Leo Delong Jr. (Natalie), and two children from her first marriage, Rachel Hall Elliott and Kenneth Ray Hall III (Michelle), along with eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was predeceased by her parents and brother, Gerald Deloge, her brother-in-law Fred, Sisters-in-law Kathy and Patti Demers, and many nieces and nephews. She was also loved by my mom Patricia Fal and brothers, David, Paul, and Joe Demers, who have passed away.

A Visitation and Gathering will be held 5pm-7pm Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at Baldwin Brothers Ormond Beach Chapel, 1185 W. Granada Blvd. 11, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 12pm Thursday, May 1, 2025, at the Baldwin Brothers Ormond Beach Chapel.
