Dennis Edward Biggs, 72 of Ocala, FL, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 8, 2026, after a period of failing health. Dennis showed remarkable strength, dignity and a comical love for life.

He was born in Centralia, IL, on March 7, 1954 to James and Leola Biggs.

He lived the majority of his life in Loves Park, IL, and retired from Hamilton Sundstrand, Rockford, IL, after 30 years of employment the last of which was in Test and QC Control. He loved working on cars with his dad and special friends, watching NASCAR and westerns, and also enjoyed racing go carts.

Dennis is survived by his spouse, Dian Keenan, son, James (Tammy) Biggs, sisters Carolyn Smith, Sherry Sisler, nieces and nephews, and his long-time friend Mike Havens. He was predeceased by his father, James, mother, Leola, and brother, Daryl.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held.
