Diana Delphina Doxilly-Florence, 38, of Ocala, FL, passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.

Diana was born in St. Lucia on August 29th, 1983 to Mathias Doxilly and Philomene Angelo. She passed on Wednesday, January 12 ^th 2022 after a long battle with cancer. She was an incredible wife, mother, sister and daughter with a wonderful personality and a caring heart. Diana met her husband (Michael Florence) in 1998 in French class at Jones High School in Orlando Florida. They were inseparable and married on January 6, 2004. In 18 years of marriage, they had two beautiful children, Christian Florence (17) and Aspen Florence (6). Diana was a truly caring and selfless person who placed everyone before herself. She had a degree in Psychology and Sociology and was a teacher at College Park Elementary school. She was passionate about teaching, and educating the youth was something she loved. She deeply cared for her students and often went above and beyond to ensure they had the resources they needed to learn. She was a dedicated military wife, traveled the world and lived in South Korea as well as many states in the U.S. with a fondness for Colorado.  Diana had a fond interest for education and mentorship.

Her hobbies were traveling, fishing, crochet, cooking, knitting, gardening, scrapbooking, sudoku, family time/movie night. She was also part of the Disney Dreamers and Doers Academy.
