Diane Tellez aged 90 passed away at her home on February 19, 2020. She was under the care of hospice, and had her son Edward by her side at the time of her passing. Diane was born in the bustling city of Chicago, IL. on November 11, 1929. Diane was a proud mother and homemaker. She was devoted to her family, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
