On Monday, February 10, 2020, Diane Marie Towers of Ft. Myers, Florida, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side. Diane was 60 years old. She was born on October 31, 1959, in Fulton, New York, to Frederick Omer Spencer and Alice Jane (Koliada) Spencer. Diane loved animals, and especially loved her pets. During her working life, Diane spent many years as a taxi dispatcher for Southwest Florida International Airport in Ft. Myers, Florida.

Diane is survived by her parents, Frederick O. and Alice Jane Spencer; brothers, Dave (and wife Pamela) Spencer of Rochester, New York, Gary (and wife Karen) Spencer of Fulton, New York, Larry Spencer of Palermo, New York, Tim Spencer of Pennellville, New York, Jeremy (and wife Lisa) Spencer of Mexico, New York; nephews, Samuel, Brian, Nicholas, Jordan, Jesse, and Noah; nieces, Courtney, Andrea, Christine, Jackie, Deanna and Elizabeth; four great nieces, and five great nephews.
