Dianne Cutliff 71, left us on January 1, 2024, with her family by her bedside at Leesburg Regional Medical Center.

Dianne was born September 7, 1952, in Georgia to Johnny Louis and Minnie Lee McCarthern Cutliff. She was a member of the choir of Mt. Mariah Free Will Baptist Church, Albany, GA. She graduated from Albany High School in 1971 and attended college at the now Albany State University (ASU) and Albany Area Vocational Technical College, where her studies lead her into a career in electrical engineering.

After graduation, she re-located her family to central Florida. There she took the role of mother and certified electrician until retirement.

Her interest included family ties and friendships near and far, watching her favorite PBS shows, "Keeping Up Appearances," she enjoyed all kinds of great musicians from the healing songs of Pastor Shirley Caesar to the soulful lyrics of Gladys Knight and the Pips.

Her persona was straight forward and enlightening with a down to earth smile that could draw you into chatting from minutes into to hours.

Miss Dianne Cutliff is survived by her sister, Marilyn Cutliff-Fields of Ozark, Alabama; two brothers, Johnnie L. Cutliff Jr. and Victor A. Cutliff of Charlotte, North Carolina; two children, Madarius Cutliff of Orlando, Florida; Jermyles "Shea" Cutliff of Tavares, Florida; 1 grandson, Derrick M. Williams of Okeechobee, Florida; 2 aunts, Vivian Cutliff of Albany, Georgia and Ocie B. McCarthern- Robinson of Putney, Georgia, 1 niece, 4 nephews, and a host of cousins and close friends.

Family and friends are invited to say a final goodbye to Dianne on Friday, January 26th from 2-4pm at Baldwin Brothers Funeral and Cremation Society, 1350 E. Burleigh Boulevard Tavares, Florida.
