Dianne Louise Verkuilen, 65, of Apopka, Florida, was welcomed into the kingdom of Heaven on February 6, 2018 after a brief illness.  Dianne was born in Rockford, Illinois to Ted and Virginia Sallee on January 21, 1953.  She graduated from East High School in 1971.  She worked at Sundstrand where she met Gary Verkuilen and they were married on May 17, 1980.  Dianne was a mother, grandmother, homemaker, and an employee for Gibson greeting cards and Proctor and Gamble.  She enjoyed singing in her church choir, traveling to Hawaii and spending cherished time with family and friends.  She touched many lives with her humor and spirit.

She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her husband, Gary Verkuilen; daughter, Susan Soderberg; granddaughter Hannah Soderberg; and brother Tom (Myrna) Sallee.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 1pm at her home church of Trinity Evangelical Church in Eustis, Florida.
