Dolores Rachel, age 84, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on August 9, 2017 at Brilliance Assisted Living Facility in New Smyrna Beach, FL. Dolores was born in Derry, New Hampshire and was a homemaker through out her life. A memorial service in her honor is planned for a later date.
