Doloris Betty Grant, 94, of Port Charlotte, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, at The Village Place Health and Rehab surrounded by family. Doloris was born in Camden, New Jersey on September 27, 1930, to the late William McCormick and Josephine Gretski McCormick.

In addition to her parents, Doloris is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Grant; daughter, Glorida Went, and two sons, Robert Grant and William "Billy" Grant.

Doloris is survived by her daughter, Anita Reeves and husband David of Port Charlotte; sons, Edward Grant, Jr. of Vero Beach, Ronald Grant of Estell Manor, NJ; 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren in addition to many other family and friends. Doloris was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She proudly raised 6 children during her life and took care of the home in New Jersey. She will be dearly missed but precious memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
