DeWyze, Donald D.

Passed away in Daytona Beach Shores, FL, on October 2, 2016, at age 61.  Survived by his life partner and love of his life Barbara Herzog.  Also survived by two sisters and their husbands, Jeanette DeWyze/Steve Wolfe and Mary/Monte Klieman.  Brother of Lee/Kathy DeWyze and John/Bridget DeWyze.  He had eight nephews and four nieces whom he loved dearly.  Don was born and grew up in Chicago,Illinois, where he attended Eastern Illinois University.  Burial services will be at St. Simon Church, 825 Pontius Rd., Cincinnati, OH, at 11:00 A.M. Saturday October 29th.  Luncheon to follow at church after burial services. In lieu of flowers, contributions are welcomed to the addiction recovery center or animal shelter of your choice.
