Donald Joseph
Gabrini
Feb 9, 1943 — Sep 13, 2026
Titusville
Donald J. Gabrini, 83, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2026, leaving behind a
lifetime of cherished memories, deep love, and unwavering devotion to his family.
Born on February 9, 1943, in New York, Donald eventually made his home along Florida’s
Space Coast in Brevard County. It was there that he built a fulfilling life centered around his
family, his profession, his faith, and his community.
A dedicated civil engineer, Donald took immense pride in his work and the lasting
contributions he made throughout his career. He was a man of integrity who deeply valued
commitment, hard work, and doing things the right way. As a devoted Catholic, his faith
guided him throughout his life and actions.
Above all, Donald was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his
beloved wife of 64 years, Carole A. Gabrini, with whom he shared a remarkable life and an
enduring love. He is also survived by his sons and their wives: Carl and his wife Beth,
Douglas and his wife Gina, and Jared and his wife Brenda. He took immense pride in his
cherished grandchildren: Adam, Kellie, Joseph, Nicole, and Anthony.
Away from his work, Donald enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. He loved listening to
music, watching baseball, and following the excitement of rocket launches right from his
Florida home—passions that reflected his appreciation for both comforting traditions and
the remarkable world around him.
Those who knew Donald will remember him not only for his professional
accomplishments, but for the beautiful life he built with his family, his spiritual devotion,
and the profound, lasting impression he left on everyone he met. His 83 years were filled
with purpose, dedication, and countless moments that will live on in the hearts of his family
and friends.
Donald’s legacy will endure through his wife, his sons, his daughters-in-law, his
grandchildren, and all those fortunate enough to have known him. He will be deeply
missed, lovingly remembered, and forever a part of the family he so dearly cherished.
