Don went home to be with the Lord on May 25, 2023. He retired from the Navy with 30 years of service. Don is survived by his wife Linda, daughter Donna (Ken), sons: Donnie, Rod (Leslee), Greg (Denise), six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. Brother Bill (Anne), sister Joyce (Bobby). Don is a member of the First Baptist Church of Lake Panasoffkee. There will be a Celebration of Life memorial at a later date. Internment will be at the National Veteran's Cemetery in Bushnell on June 14, 2023 at 11AM.
