Donald E. Manning, 87, died Tuesday, July 20, 2021, after a long illness. He was born June 22, 1934, in Syracuse, New York to the late Edgar and Margaret McKee Manning.  He was a US Army veteran and an avid golfer.

Don retired from General Electric Company in Syracuse, New York after many years. He was Past President of Cazenovia Country Club, Vice President of Penthouse Groves, a member of the American Legion and Clearwater Country Club.

Surviving are: his wife, Penny Manning of Clearwater; three sons, David Manning of Vermont, Mark Manning and wife, Amy of California and Richard Clark and wife Beth of Virginia; a daughter, Amy Maloney and husband, Steven of New York; a sister, Marcia Clay of North Carolina; five grandchildren, Nicholas and Haley Manning, Abigail, Joshua and Daniel Maloney; a niece, Karen and nephew, Randy; several cousins in Parish, New York.

Don's Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, August 10, 2021, in Fayetteville Cemetery, South Manlius St. in the Village of Fayetteville, New York.
