Donald Lawrence "Larry" Pickles, 77, of Dunnellon passed away August 17, 2016 at his home.  Born in Detroit, MI, he came to this area 20 years ago from Kentucky.  He was a retired supervisor for the Ford Motor Company and a member of the Dunnellon United Methodist Church.  Larry enjoyed wood working, golf, fishing and loved animals.  He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Carol; son, Michael Pickles (Karen) of Beaufort, NC; son-in-law, David Tapp of Somerset, KY; mother, Hazel Pickles of Northville, MI; brother, Thomas Pickles of Pocahontas, AR; sister, Marilyn Tanner of San Jose, CA; grandchildren, Katherine Tapp Hammond, Adrian Jamieson and Morgan Tapp.  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Tapp and his father, Donald Pickles.  A Celebration of Larry's Life will be held at a later date at his church.  In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Marion County.  A condolence message may be left at www.baldwincremation.com .  Arrangements by Baldwin Brothers Funerals & Cremation 954 E.
