Donna V. Barrow, passed away on October 20, 2021 at age 93. Preceded in death by her husband Richard Barrow of 63 years, brother Gary Krugman and sister Marlyn Jones. She is survived by son Larry Barrow of Waunakee, Wisconsin, daughters Diane Barrow of Cave Junction, Oregon, Fay Valentine (David) of The Villages, Florida and Marie Ellis of Phoenix, Oregon. As well as 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, and a sister in-law Evelyn Krugman of Madison, Wisconsin.

Born in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, she married Richard of Merrimac, Wisconsin and as their family grew they settled in Madison, Wisconsin where Donna worked as a Parks Dept. employee and Avon Representative. Her husband worked for Gardner's Bakery and retired from Oscar Mayer and together they built a successful residential rental business. They were avid members of Star Craft, Airstream clubs for campers, and they visited nearly every state, Canada and Mexico, as well as to Europe and to Israel.

Donna and Richard were active in church activities at Lake Edge United Church of Christ and enjoyed gardening and visits to see family after Richard's retirement. They began dividing their seasons between Madison and various communities in Florida before settling in The Villages. Donna lived independently at Steeplechase in Florida and enjoyed her church friends at Oxford Assembly of God. A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 3 pm, located in the chapel at Steeplechase, 12029 Co Rd 103, Oxford, FL 34484.
