Doreen D Tanner went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 10, 2012 with her loving family by her side.  She was born on April 12, 1951 in Providence, Rhode Island to Al and Ida Giammarco.  Doreen enjoyed having her pets by her side. They were her pride and joy.  She took pleasure in spending time with her family and playing the guitar for Christian organizations.  She attended Victorious Life Church in Port Orange.  She was preceded in death by her father Al Giammarco and her sister Denise Kurtz.  Doreen is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Paul: mother Ida Giammarco: Sister Janice Tainsh: brother Alan Giammarco: Niece Michelle Mason: nephews  Jeffery Tainsh, Nicholas Giammarco; step daughter Sabrina Edmundson; step son Paul D Tanner Jr.  A memorial service will be held at Victorious Life Church at 2:00PM, Tuesday, 15 May, 2012.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Victorious Life Church Building Fund, 3489 S.
