Dorothea (Thea) Zajaczuk 8/25/21

Thea, a daughter of Walter and Dorothy Rutecky went to heaven joining many of her kindred spirits on August 25, 2021. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on 10/10/1947. Thea is survived by her loving sister Victoria Petryszyn and her husband Roman Petryszyn, nephew Nicholas Petryszyn and his partner Kate Devlin, Tamara and Larisa Farion and many beloved cousins too numerous to list. A special mention must be made of her loving Nanny (Victoria Nawrocki) with whom she spent many wonderful summers in Wildwood Crest, NJ. Most importantly, is Greg Strand her partner in love and life, her soulmate with whom she shared many interests. Thea was happiest when enjoying the flora and fauna of Central Florida where she was a resident for many years where she took photos of birds, alligators, butterflies and flowers. She was also adept at feng shui and tai chi, having practiced both for many years. Thea was loved by so many and will be missed by all who knew her. A memorial service is pending with a date to be announced.
