Dorothy Jean Evrard, 86, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend to many passed away peacefully on October 28, 2024, at Hope Hospice in Cape Coral, Florida. She was born on March 1 2, 1938, to Forbes & Helen Horne in Estero, Florida. She attended Fort Myers High School.  She enjoyed antiquing, sewing, and playing BINGO.

She is survived by son, Tim Cottrell; son, Andrew Cottrell; and daughter, Gayle Horne; and 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by two children, Charles Cottrell and David Cottrell.

Funeral services will be private.
