Dorothy Ann "Dottie" Sipe, 70, died on September 2, 2015 in Wildwood, FL. She was born on July 2, 1945 in Cumberland, Maryland to Blakely and Louise Boyd. Surviving are a daughter, Cindy Cain of Berryville; brother and sister-in-law, Buddy and Connie Wynkoop of Wildwood, FL; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Juan Whittington of Amelia, VA. She is predeceased by her parents; husband, Bill Sipe; son, Blake Cain; sister, Joyce Wynkoop Leonard and brother, Robert Boyd. A memorial service for both Dottie and Bill Sipe will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 5:00PM at the Berryville Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to the Clarke County FFA. Arrangements entrusted to Baldwin Brothers The Villages Chapel in Florida.
