Douglas E. Davis, 49, of Hampshire, IL passed away on March 9, 2024, following a courageous but short battle with cancer.

Doug was born on June 25, 1974, in Lake Forest IL, to parents Robert and Diane (Rodgers) Davis. He graduated from Oak Park High School in IL and attended college in Florida. Doug worked for 30 years for McHugh construction and was a member of the Local 150 Union. He was a family man and a loving father and husband. He enjoyed being active and outdoors as well as spending time with friends and family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Erin Rose Davis; Son, Luke Robert Davis; Daughters, Ava Rose Davis and Shelby Rae Davis; Brothers, Brad Davis and Robert Davis; Sister, Susan Davis Mother, Diane M. Davis. He is preceded in death by his Father, Robert H. Davis.

A private celebration of life is scheduled for Thursday, March 21st at Cabbage Key in Florida.
