Dulce Rhina Formoso, 89, of Orlando, Florida passed away at Florida Hospital Orlando on August 15, 2017. She is survived by her loving husband Jose Formoso, three children Roxanne Formoso, Vanessa Irizarry, and Jose Formoso, Jr. four grandchildren Fernando Colon, Jessica Esquilin, Melissa Lopez, and Michael Irizarry, two great grandchildren Jessinia Molina abd Eduardo Molina, Jr. Funeral Services will be held at the Altamonte Chapel 825 E. Altamonte Drive, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32701 at 12 P.M. with a visitation from 11 A.M.-12 P.M. at the chapel. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemtery immediately following the service.
