Howard Lipsey born in Terre Haute, Indiana passed away on 12/7/23 in Orlando, FL. Howard participated in the Adult Day Training Program at Primrose Training Center. At Primrose he gained life skills and a meaningful day activity. His supports grew close to Howard and became his extended family. Howard enjoyed collecting model cars and was fond of music. He will be missed by his friends and all who knew him.
