Earl Bruce MacDonald, 85, of New Smyrna Beach died peacefully Saturday, August 8, 2009.  Mr. MacDonald was born July 13, 1924 in Chicago, IL.  He was a veteran of the US Army serving during WW II.  During his working life he was a General Manager for new and used car lots in the Chicago area.  In his spare time Earl enjoyed going to the race track.  He is survived by his loving daughter and son-in-law, Carole & Frank Marsala; two granddaughters and two great grandchildren.  Private family services
