Eddie Wilmer Grissom, Jr, "Ed" passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on February 20, 2026. Ed was born on June 5, 1940 in Lamesa, Texas, to Eddie and Iva Grissom. 

Ed married the love of his life, Nancy Grissom in 1972. He enjoyed a long and fulfilling career at Walt Disney World and retired from Disney as a CPA. Ed loved to be on the lake fishing or working in his yard.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Grissom; his daughter, Gayla Hogg; his step-daughter, Kathy Waldrop, his sister, Pat Lambright; his brother, Jerry Grissom, five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
