CHANCE Edith "Ann", age 76, of New Smyrna Beach passed away on April 22, 2018. Ann is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond L. Chance; brothers, Bobby and James Williams.  She is survived by her sons, David (Sharon)Freels and Russell Freels; daughters, Melissa (Mike) Haas and Lisa (Bryan) Pae; grandchildren, Justin, Tyler, Haley and Noah; and great-grandson, Jace; also, the father of her children, Hu Freels; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Ann worked as a Hairdresser until she retired, always up on the latest "Styles". She loved her home state of Tennessee and deeply loved the Lord. Simply, Ann was "American by Birth and Southern by the grace of God". A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 11 AM at Calvary NSB, 794 Old Mission Road, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. Memorials can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, www.woundedwarriorproject.org or to the Church. Burial will be held at a later date.
