Edward John Ricci Sr., 85, of Fort Myers, FL passed away on August 7, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Ed was born on September 17, 1938, in Newark, New Jersey to parents Armando and Rafaela (Caloia) Ricci. He served faithfully in the US Navy from 1957 to 1959 then went on to work for the US Postal Service.

Ed enjoyed playing golf, doing puzzles, singing karaoke, playing water volleyball and cheering on his two favorite teams, the NY Giants and the NY Yankees. However, his favorite pastime was spending time with his family.

Ed is survived by his loving wife of 64 Years, Patricia (Longo) Ricci; sons, David & wife Joyce, Edward & wife Candice; daughter, Karen & husband John Jeczo, nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and his sister Marie Placenti.
