Edward Joseph Thomas, 68 of Leesburg, FL, went home to the Lord on Sunday, October 11, 2020. Ed was born in Akron, OH to Charles Thomas and Kathlene Thomas. Ed loved to hunt, fish, and tinker in his garage.

Ed is proceeded in death by his father, Charles Thomas, mother, Kathlene Thomas, sister, Peggy Boduer, and two brothers William Thomas and Rick Thomas.

He is survived by his wife, Mary , son Brandon, daughter Tara, son Joe (Audrey) Hicks, along with two grandchildren, Dalton and Bradley Hicks.

He is also survived by his sisters; Betty Boothe of Grantsville, WV, Jenny Starcher of Speedwell, Tenn, Charlotte Horne of Ashland, KY and one brother; David Thomas of Sandridge, WV. Along with three sisters-in-law; Barbara Parker of Mt. Dora, FL, Patricia Bailey of Adairsville, GA, and Emma Clark of Steinhatchee, FL. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews, along with many wonderful family and friends.
