Eileen F. Ingram (Nee) Evans was born May 20, 1952, in Trenton, NJ. She graduated in 1969 from Northern Burlington County Regional High School, where she was very active in the band. She was a member of the Musician's Union of Trenton, NJ for several years and played a number of venues with Stanley Ryba's marching band.
Eileen graduated from Helene Fuld Hospital in 1971 with her nursing license. With her nursing license, she worked at several hospitals including Helene Fuld, Rancocas Valley Medical Center, and Cooper Hospital. She also worked for the State of New Jersey Department of Corrections as a nurse at Fort Dix. During that time, she married Edward "Ed" Ingram in 1986, where they met at Cooper Hospital and have been married for 38 years.
Eileen enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas, the Florida Keys, and Puerto Vallarta. After Ed retired from Camden Police Force, Eileen and Ed decided to move to Palm Coast, FL. Eileen started working for the Flagler/Advent Health system in Bunnell, FL, then moved to Advent Daytona Beach where she retired after 19 years of service. Special thanks to all of Eileen's co-workers and friends who supported her over the past 15 years as she dealt with her breast cancer diagnosis. Also, a special thanks to Dr. Kathleen B. Doughney, M.D. and her health care team for their heart-felt service.
Eileen is survived by her husband, Edward, her brother, Ronald J Evans, Sr., sister-in-law, Helen (Berkuta) Evans, nephew, Ronald J. Evans, Jr., and niece, Alexis M. Evans.
