Eileen was born in London, England. She worked for the Defense Department and came to this area in 2015 from Oregon. Survivors include her family Richard Miller, Anthony Charles Robert Miller, John Christopher Miller, Theresa Dalton, Paul Bernard Miller, Mary Francis Van Osdol, 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
