Elaine Marie Baldwin, 69, of Cape Coral, FL passed away peacefully in Hope Hospice House, Cape Coral on March 27, 2024.

Elaine was born at home on January 25, 1955, in Fall River, MA to parents George and Marie (Bisaillon) Desnoyers. She graduated from Rhode Island College with a BS in Nursing. She and her partner John moved to Florida in 2003. Elaine enjoyed shopping and golfing with her sister Judy.

She is survived by her loving husband, John William Harrop; Sisters: Cecile Hadad of Somerset, MA, Denise Soares of Englewood, FL, and Judith Hackett of Cape Coral, FL; Brothers: Charlie Desnoyers of Somerset, MA; Gregory Desnoyers of Jamestown, RI, and Edward Desnoyers of Fresno, CA, as well as many other loving friends and family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Agnes Peterson of Fall River, MA, and her first husband Stephen Baldwin of Westport, MA.
