Born April 3, 1947 – Passed on March 30, 2024
Elaine is survived by two sons Edward Horton and Paul Horton. She is also survived by two sisters Shirley Roberson and Linda Plinton along with 7 nieces and nephews and a brother Richard Wagner. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Rest in peace.
