Elaine Adele Watts passed away on May 15, 2024, leaving behind her sons Casey Steven Watts and Dalton Ray Watts. She lived most of her life in Baltimore, Maryland, and then spent her last year in Venice, Florida.

Elaine was known for her caring, loving, and generous personality, as well as her strong will and bottomless well of energy. She was loved, and she will be remembered.

Before she passed, she said she was "at peace," and very happy with her life.
