Elizabeth "Betty"  Barrett, 87 of Ocklawaha, formerly of Fitchburg Massachusetts a loving and cherished mother, grandmother, neighbor and friend, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2025. Betty worked at Associated Land Title in Ocala and then as a receptionist at the La Hacienda Center in The Villages for many years and on the committee with the Villages Foundation that helped establish the Veterans Park in The Villages… how she loved her coworkers, friends and the  residents in The Villages. Most knew Betty for her well-known tagline "Love You, God Bless".. She is survived by two daughters, Cindy (Joe) Parker of Summerfield and Carolyn Wood of Ocala,  her brother Bill Marlowe,93 of Beaverton Oregon, and two grandsons, Joey Parker of Summerfield, and Christopher Ebersole of Ocala She is pre deceased by her former husband and best friend Henry Wood Jr of Leominster MA,  Husband, and love of her life Norman J Lalonde of MA., and former husband and friend Chester Barrett.
