Elizabeth Marie Smith, born in Miami on October 7, 1938, passed away on December 28, 2024 in Ocala. She loved plants, painting, her pets, and yard sales.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra (Victor Torino); grandsons, Joby (Joanna) and Brian (Tan Zhou) Denny; great-grandchildren, Judah, Atticus, and Scarlett Denny; sister, Dorothy Collins; best friend and ex-husband, David J Smith and his son, Robin Smith and his girls; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her son, Michael Wilhelm; brothers, Oscar Hummel III and Donald Reed Hummel; and parents, Oscar Hummel II and Anna Mae Hummel.

Service will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on January 11 at Baldwin Brothers (954 E Silver Springs Blvd).
