Ellen Ruth Linsk, age 69 passed away  Saturday March 26, 2011 after a brief illness with her loving family by her side. Born in Detroit, Michigan September 9, 1941 to Jack and Frieda Friedenberg Rife, she was Jewish and among other talents, she was a  bookkeper. She was a kind, big hearted person who enjoyed life with a child like wonder and was a friend to all who knew her. She enjoyed science fiction and computer games. She was a wonderful Mother who enjoyed her family very much. Preceeded in death by her brother Marshall, she leaves to cherish her memory her daughters Pam Roux of Somerville, Massachusetts; Barbara(Ken) Daniel of Philadelphia, a son Brian(Crystal) Linsk of Chicago, a sister in law Barbara Rife of Altamonte Springs, Fl, her best friends Judy and Dennis Bralow, and the light of her life, her grandson Tony. A celebration of her life will carried out by her family at a later date.
