Elsa Santiago, age 67, formerly of Lorain Ohio, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2023, in Ocala, Florida. She was born April 20, 1955 in Lorain Ohio. In 1999 she moved to Tampa Florida.Elsa was preceded in death by her parents Julio Santiago and Carmen Gonzalez.Survivors are her partner, John LeBlanc, daughter Lucresia Melecio of Tampa, FL., granddaughter Ava Lee Gosa. Sisters, Nilda (Robert) Reyes, of Puerto Rico, Maria (Abraham) Leon of Lorain Ohio, Evelyn (Miguel) Reyes of Lorain, Ohio, Juanita (Victor) Gonzalez-Torres of Tampa FL., Liz Yvette Duran (nee Gonzalez) of Bellville Illinois brothers Luis A. Santiago of North Carolina, and Francisco (Elsie) Santiago of Palm Bay, FL.Elsa had a big heart and loved her family, and friends, and will be dearly missed.

A memorial service for Elsa will be announced at a later date.
