Elsie was a free spirt who was fond of music and played the flute. Her motto was "Believe". Elsie only wanted to enjoy life and be close to her family and grandchildren.
Elsie is survived by her daughter Jessica Daye-Redmond, her son David Beck, her brother Carl L. Bond, her father Carl M. Bond, her stepmother Janet Bond and 7 beautiful grandchildren.
