Elvin Albert Dugan Jr., 71, of Lady Lake, Florida, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2026. Born in Worcester, Massachusetts, Elvin lived a life rooted in dedication, love, and the simple joys that meant the most to him

Elvin spent many years running a family-owned fruit stand, where he took pride in his hard work and the connections he built with his community. He enjoyed the everyday conversations, the familiar faces, and the honest work that came with it.

Above all, Elvin was a family man. He loved nothing more than being surrounded by the people he cared about. Whether he was tending to his garden, cooking meals to share, or simply enjoying time together, those moments were what truly made him happiest. His presence was steady, his love was constant, and his memory will live on in the traditions and values he passed down.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Deborah Dugan; his sons, Jamie Dugan and his wife Samantha, and Elvin Dugan III, his partner Angela and her daughter Brielle; and his cherished grandchildren, Andrew (19), Ava (14), Parker (13), Chace (11), and Jack (10), who brought him immense pride and joy.

Elvin will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
