Eric William Heiman, 89 was born November 13, 1935, in Swan River, Manitoba, Canada. He died peacefully February 8th, 2025, at Cornerstone Hospice Care, The Villages, FL.

Eric was preceded in death by his mother Olga (Ginter), Father Julius Heiman and sister Betty Mason. He is survived by his wife Donna Heiman of 63 years of marriage; son Wayne Heiman (Andrea) and daughter Lorelei Burkhalter; Grandchildren Lauren Tesnow (DJ), Grant Heiman (Sami) and Dylan Burkhalter; great grandson Baylor Tesnow; brother Erven Heiman and sister Dorine Hochman.

Eric received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from York University.  Eric worked for Honeywell for over 35 years, in a job and profession he truly loved, and became a member of their President's Club.  His job enabled him to travel the world many times over.  This gave him the opportunity to indulge in his passion of travel and learn foreign customs, all of which he would gladly talk about. His calm demeanor and dry sense of humor will be missed by all that met him.
