Erik Panagrossi, 28, of Edgewater, FL passed away suddenly on April 17 th , 2021. Erik was born on January 28 th , 1993 in Weymouth, MA. Erik is survived by his parents Lisa Panagrossi (Dennis Cowe) of Edgewater, FL and Robert Bellanco (Jackie Bellanco) of Lakeland, FL. Erik is also survived by his grandmother, Elizabeth Panagrossi of The Villages, FL; his uncles Anthony J Panagrossi of Cocoa Beach, FL and David Panagrossi (Shannon Panagrossi) of Gulf Breeze, FL; his cousins Sophie Panagrossi and Hanna Panagrossi of Gulf Breeze, FL.; his grandmother Claire Cowe of Halifax, MA; his great grandmother Mary Desanto of The Villages and many additional aunts, uncles and cousins. Erik was a talented artist and could sketch anything from his head after looking at it once. Erik had a passion for farming, horticulture, horses and agriculture. He found peace on the farms. Erik was also an active member of the recovery community in which he touched many hearts. Erik could be described as the guy who did the little things for others: holding the door, helping an elderly lady across the parking lot every week at church to her car, talking to and hugging on people, making family dinners for his friends, giving rides and always making people feel invited. Things he could have chose not to do, but instead went out of his way because that is what made him happy. Erik made a huge impact on many people and had an amazing sense of people. Erik will be remembered for his infectious laugh, kindness and caring for everyone around him. Erik would move heaven and earth to help someone.
Erik and his mother had a very special relationship and bond. She was his world as he was hers. If you knew Erik, then you most likely knew Erik's mom through him. Erik also shared an extra special love with his grandmother. His family was everything to him. No matter where Erik was, he always brought his family traditions with him. His favorite family tradition was Sunday dinner. He loved to cook for everyone.
