Evelyn Geraldine Ingenito, 83, of Fort Myers, FL passed away November 7, 2023. She was born June 13, 1940, in Hoboken, NJ to Angelo and Jean (née DiCandio) DeStefano.

Evelyn was married to Peter Ingenito for 60 years. She worked during her married life as an Administrative Assistant. She was raised Catholic and grew up in a Catholic boarding school where she learned how to play the piano and became a math student with honors and received many penmanship awards. We have lost the matriarch of our family. She was a big-hearted, selfless mother, spouse, grandmother and great-grandmother, who will be forever loved and deeply missed.

Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Lisa Ann Holton and her son, Christopher Peter Ingenito and grandchildren; Ryan Holton, Alyssa Ingenito-Comer, Andrew Ingenito, Lindsay Allred, Jackson Ingenito, she is a great-grandmother to, Evelyn and Renleigh Ingenito, daughters of Andrew Ingenito.

Evelyn's memorial service will be on January 20th ,2024 at First Baptist of Estero, Estero, Florida, at 11:00. Refreshments will be served following the service.
