Stan also loved to go out and eat with Annamae & Guy Jalbert and on Thursdays with Ed, Vaughn, and Chuck. Stan had many long-time friends in Florida and the Villages such as Cyrus Walker and Cassandra Hughes to name a few.

When Stan could no longer live on his own, he chose to move into Buffalo Crossings Assisted Living Facilities in The Villages. Stan was very active and was a part of the African American Club and the Veterans Club where he attended many of the activities. Stan would light up a room where ever he went and made friends easily, he knew almost all of the residents and staff names in the Assisted Living facility. He was loved by many and will be missed.

Stan, we love and miss you daily. Sleep on and take your rest. Jesus loves you the best.

This is the day that the Lord has made, let us all rejoice and be glad in it.
