Floyd E. Dunson, age 86, died on October 2, 2021, in Fort Myers, FL. Floyd was born on November 9, 1934, in Lima, OH, to his parents Joseph and Frances (Biderman) Dunson.

Floyd is survived by his wife, Darla, his daughter-in-law, Patty Dunson, of Mansfield, OH, his sister, Rose Marie Sorgan, of Belle Center, OH. He is preceded in death by his parents and his son David "Lucky" Dunson.

He was a lifetime member of the VFW and American Legion, and the Punta Gorda Masonic Lodge Scottish Rite. He retired from United Telephone Company after 37 years of service.
