Frances Lee Brandt passed away peacefully on August 16, 2026. A dedicated public servant, Frances devoted 30 years of distinguished service to the Department of Defense. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering commitment touched the lives of all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband Michael Brandt; siblings Terry, Elizabeth, and Christine; and number of nieces; nephews; and extended network of family; and dear friends.
