Monday, July 9, 2018, Frances June Hathaway passed away at the age of 79 in The Villages, FL. Born May 3, 1939 in Olney, MD to Marion June (Miller) and Richard Stokes Moulden.  She married November 21, 1959 to her High School sweetheart, Herman Robert Hathaway, in Rockville, MD.  She loved to vacation with her family and friends at their cottage on Keuka Lake.  A loving Mom of three daughters, Nancy (John) Bolls, Sandy (Bob) Payne and Kathy Hathaway.  She is also survived by one granddaughter, Olivia Payne, two half sisters Becky (Tom) Miles and Judy (Manuel) Gonzalez and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Private interment will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Penn Yan, NY.  In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice House, 601 Casa Bella, The Villages, FL 32162.
