Frances Bess Hinson, 77, of Altamonte Springs passed away Monday, March 21, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Eustis, Florida. Frances was an honor roll student in high school and Achieved a Master's in Education from Seminole Community College and Florida Technological University. She retired from Teaching in Orange County after 30 plus years. She taught English at Valencia College. She was a member of the Southern Conferences for teachers. She is survived by three children Bonnie Davis, Jesse "Tommy" Hinson, and Robin Hinson, one adopted child she raised as her own, Richard Stewart, seven grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Jesse T. Hinson III.
