Frances Tully,  86, of The Villages, Fl. passed away on January 23rd, 2019. A long-time resident of Middletown, CT, Fran was the daughter of E. Fredrick Wright and Margaret McLeod. She worked in the healthcare field and enjoyed acting, directing, sewing, knitting, ceramics and many other creative endeavors. Proud of her Scottish heritage, she was a champion sailor and a dedicated mother to 5 loving children and numerous grandchildren. She will be greatly missed. Services will be private.
