The family will receive friends at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Chapel 1 North Causeway New Smyrna Beach FL on Thursday from 4 to 6 PM. Committal will be at Sea Pines Memorial Gardens.   Francis was born in Brooklyn, NY. He served as a firefighter in New York City Engine Company 293 and many years in the Navy Reserve. He was a member of Retired Firefighters Association, Central Florida Division, Our Lady Star of the Sea Church New Smyrna Beach, and enjoyed gardening, travelling and his home and grandchildren.   He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 53 years Edna, children Charles (Ellen) of Orlando, FL, Francis T (Sandy) of Longwood, FL, Eileen DiLeo (Joseph) of Newburgh, NY, sister Patricia Murray and five grandchildren.       Memorials requested to Odyssey Hospice 149 S Ridgewood  #600 Daytona Beach FL 32114. 1:00 PM Friday, March 19 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church New Smyrna Beach.
