Francis J. "Frank" Rowe, 84, passed away peacefully on February 24th 2022 at his home in Port Charlotte, FL.   Frank was born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, the son of Francis and Elizabeth (Boden) Rowe.  Frank moved to Port Charlotte FL from Tinton Falls NJ after his retirement from the Monmouth County Office of the Superintendent of Elections in 2014.  But more than his career within government, he will forever be remembered for the many lives he positively impacted as a counselor at New Hope Foundation in Marlboro NJ.  Everyone who came to know Frank remembers him as a very generous and caring person.  He is predeceased by his parents; his sisters Regina Dalzell and Sister Catherine "Cathy" Rowe (Sisters of Charity of St. Elizabeth); and his husband and partner of 27 years Tony Greco.  He is survived by nine nieces and nephews who consider "Uncle Frank" to be about the best uncle anyone could have.
