Frank was born in Hartford, CT. He served our nation in the US Army as an MP in Germany during the Korean conflict. He retired from the State of Connecticut Revenue Department as  the supervisor of Collections and Enforcement..

He leaves his wife of 45 years Grace.

Funeral Mass will be 11:30 AM Monday at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church New Smyrna Beach. Committal will be at Mt St Benedict Catholic Cemetery in Bloomfield, CT.
